Ten minutes a day

Ten minutes a day is 1% of your waking hours. You aren’t too busy to spend 1% of your time on whatever you want to get better at. But ten minutes a day for a year is 60 hours.

And it compounds. If you get 1% better at something every day, then after a year you’ll be 38x better even if you can’t feel the change day to day.

“Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.”
