You should be a little embarrassed when you share an idea

If you’re not, then you waited too long. Show some vulnerability and share your ideas when they’re still raw. Let your team help form them instead of doing it worse by yourself.

This is apparently a rule of thumb at GitLab, according to their Head of Remote. (Such a cool job title, by the way.)
