Choose tools people like using

The best documentation platform isn’t the one with the most features or the most integrations. It’s the one people like using. If they like using it, docs will come. If they don’t, good luck.

Same goes for any behavior you’re trying to encourage. Writing integration tests, tracking calories, keeping the kanban board up to date, learning another language, whatever. Enjoyability is worth more than anything else by far.
