This little rule from the book Reasons To Stay Alive stuck with me:
If the sun is shining, and you can be outside, be outside.
Matt Haig

And in the era of remote work, the number of people who “can be outside” is higher than ever. It never occurred to me to take my laptop to my porch until recently.
What’s stopping you from being outside?
