Get candidates to the offer stage before competitors. Stop missing great hires because someone else got there first.
Hiring is a form of sales (you’re “selling” your company), so the first-mover advantage applies. So create a value-stream mapping for your interview process and attack those bottlenecks.
And yes I know, “hire slow and fire fast” and all that. But you can hire carefully and deliberately without it taking weeks.
