The gist is that, until your “exercise house is in order,” you shouldn’t be arguing about this or that supplement or about the nuances of paleo vs. carnivore vs. vegan diets.
Dr. Attia says that those arguments are a waste of your time until you can do things like:
- Dead hang for a minute
- Wall sit for two minutes
- Deadlift your body weight for 10 reps
- Have a VO2 max of at least 75th percentile
