It’s like the old cliche in business: “When you stop growing you start dying.”
The more I work the more I believe good leadership is 25% doing stuff and 75% building solid relationships in order to make that first 25% simple. And building those relationships isn’t a thing that’s ever finished. The second you stop building them, they start dying.
