Severe clear

Severe clear: an aviation term airline pilots use to describe a bright blue sky with seemingly unlimited visibility. Severe clear conditions usually occur following a storm.

Neat that severe clear conditions tend to happen after storms. If there’s a team jelling metaphor here (and there always is), it’s healthy conflict. Avoiding conflict (usually via artificial harmony or violent politeness) is an ever-present fog. It’ll never clear up.

So invite the storm to create severe clear conditions. Muster up the courage for some conflict.
