Use this if you feel overwhelmed:
- Write down your top 25 projects/tasks/things on your mind.
- Circle the five most important/urgent/stressful.
- You now have two lists: your top five (List A), and everything else (List B). You’re not allowed to work on anything from List B until you’re done with everything in List A.
None of this “but that stuff is important too!” crap. Prioritize, focus, and shut up.
