Share an anonymous feedback form for yourself

One of the first things I do when joining a new team is share an anonymous feedback form for myself. Then I re-post the link once a month forever.

It takes a while to earn someone’s trust. And it takes even longer to normalize direct feedback in a new time. So in the meantime, my anonymous form gives me lots of juicy feedback that people would be too uncomfortable saying to my face.
