When forming your mental board of advisors, use this BINGO card to make sure all your bases are covered. I stole it from Resilient Management and it’s specifically for managers, but it works for anyone who wants to grow as a leader.
(Calling it a BINGO card is kind of a lie because the goal is to fill out the whole thing, not just get a line.)
