You’re eating a meal. You feel full. There’s more left on your plate. You’re out somewhere so you can’t save it for later.
Options:
- Eat it
- Throw it out
“Can’t let it go to waste!” is the common refrain. But slamming more food when you’re already full is another form of letting it go to waste. And it happens to have the side effect of making you fat.
