A small collection of random habits that take less than a minute but make a big difference in my day.
- Floss my dang teeth
- Make the bed
- “Don’t put it down, put it away”
- Put on sunscreen
- Chug a glass of water first thing in the morning
- Lay out clothes for the next day the night before
- Pick a single goal for the day
- Drink a cup of kefir (because your gut is your second brain)
It’s a short list for now. I’ll add to it as I think of more.
