Have you ever ended a meeting you led and thought, “I wonder how that went…”?
It happens to everyone, so people are primed for feedback right in that moment. And you’re going to give it to them!
You don’t need much. A couple bullet points of what you thought they did especially well, and what you thought they could have improved is fine.
For me, building the habit is one of the hardest parts of giving a constant stream of feedback. So here’s the trigger:
- Given: I attend a meeting led by a single person
- When: The meeting ends
- Then: I give the meeting leader some quick feedback
