“Agile” doesn’t mean “Scrum”

It bugs me when people say “agile” but mean Scrum. “Agile” is four values and twelve principles, nothing more.

So your team isn’t “doing agile”. Agile isn’t something that you do, it’s something that you be. Also, “agile ceremonies” aren’t a thing. Those are Scrum ceremonies you’re talking about.
