DiSC® is a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace.
DiSC is an acronym that stands for the four main personality profiles described in the DiSC model: (D)ominance, (I)nfluence, (S)teadiness and (C)onscientiousness.
People with D personalities tend to be confident and place an emphasis on accomplishing bottom-line results.
People with I personalities tend to be more open and place an emphasis on relationships and influencing or persuading others.
People with S personalities tend to be dependable and place an emphasis on cooperation and sincerity.
People with C personalities tend to place an emphasis on quality, accuracy, expertise, and competency.

Here are my results:
- “D” Dominant: 39%
- “I” Inspiring: 75%
- “S” Supportive: 82%
- “C” Conscientious: 54%
So I spike on Supportive (1st) and Inspiring (2nd). From my results (see below):
Supportive
- Strengths: flexible, loyal, caring, enjoy steady routine
- Challenges: too easy-going, dislike planning, dislike conflict
- Biggest irritant: people who provoke conflict (especially in public)
- Focused on: present and past
- Under stress: may freeze, feel overwhelmed, can lash out under extreme stress
Inspiring:
- Strengths: creativity, ideas, networking, adaptable and accepting
- Challenges: talk too much, poor time management, struggle with completion, unreliable
- Biggest irritant: being forced to follow an inflexible process
- Focused on: the future (and the present, if exciting)
- Under stress: escape to do something more
Yup, that resonates. Full results are here, if you’re curious:
