That’s my new mantra. Why do I keep making decisions knowing I’ll regret them? Examples:
- Choosing not to exercise
- Choosing to open Reddit (there goes an hour)
- Choosing to start eating chips (there goes the bag)
- Choosing to be passive aggressive instead of honest
- Choosing not to start work on that thing I’m procrastinating
Amazing how much my life could improve if I choose the path of least regret.
