Death to kind-of-working

I have a bad habit of half-working. I’ll hang out with Nancy but keep an eye on Slack, or write a doc while sort of watching something on YouTube.

This is crap. I should either be fully working or fully not working. Half working means I’m also half not-working, so I’m doing neither one well. Any fun I have while half-working is low quality fun, and any work I do while half-working is going to be pretty garbage.

Either do or don’t. Never half-do.
