Make everyone else look brilliant

I stole this from a recent training:

✨ Make everyone else look brilliant — we’re all making it up as we go, and the more you make those around you look good, the more you’ll shine, too.

I love it for the same reason I love “Stop trying to be impressive. Start trying to be warm.” It’s easier and more fun to make other people look brilliant than it is to make yourself look brilliant.
