It sucks to muster up the courage to put yourself out there and post something uncomfortable (like dropping a random idea or a meme you liked into a Slack channel) and watch as everyone else totally ignores it. Even a single emoji reaction makes all the difference.
That one little belonging cue shows that you aren’t an idiot, that someone else laughed or agreed or whatever it is. A single ❤️ or 👌 can turn a moment of imposter syndrome into a moment of safety.
Don’t skimp on emojis! Make it rain!
