You don’t know what you know until you pair

One of my favorite things about pair/mob programming is that moment of: “wait, what’s that thing you just did?”

You get so used to the things you use every day that you stop noticing them. But to a pairing partner, that script or keyboard shortcut or random tool could be a revelation.
