What DO you want

We think so much about what we want less of and what we don’t like. The pursuit of happiness and satisfaction becomes an endless road of removing bad things.

Because it’s easy, right? Thinking about what’s bringing us down every day happens without thinking about it. And don’t get me wrong: removing those things can be really powerful. But at a certain point we need to stop running away from something and start running towards something.

If you don’t know what you want to run towards, figure that out. It’s clarifying.
