- In my screen time settings, block Twitter/Reddit/Facebook/etc.
- While I’m at it, only allow 10 minutes of Slack per day on my phone.
- Ask my wife to password protect my screen time settings and not tell me the password.
I’ve saved myself from myself. I’m three weeks in and I feel free! Plus I’m doing a lot more reading with all the extra time because ebooks are the only interesting thing on my phone now.
