Do you want to feel like this forever?

A couple months ago, I added that question as a recurring task in my todo list.

Once a week, it pops up. So I have to ask myself. And that usually follows this pattern:

Maybe that means declining a meeting, delegating a task, deciding not to do something, blocking off time for the thing I want to do, whatever. But it always makes me feel a bit better.

So do YOU really want to feel like this forever? If not, what can you change, right now, to make it a little better from now on?
